I believe that reaching out for help is one of the most courageous things a person can do. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP), I don’t view therapy as a place to “fix” what is broken, because I don’t believe you are broken. Instead, therapy is a collaborative journey of uncovering the strength, resilience, and light that already exists within you.
My primary goal is to create a safe, judgment-free harbor where you can truly exhale. I want you to feel seen, deeply heard, and unconditionally supported as we navigate your unique story together.
